French Montana has been sued for sexual battery. A woman under the pseudonym Jane Doe filed the lawsuit against the rapper, his employee Mansour Bennouna, and his label Coke Boy Records.
Her lawsuit claims that French Montana invited her to his home after they met at a recording studio on March 28, 2018. While at his place,French allegedly gave her a shot and and she blacked out shortly after. She claims to remember “several men coming in and out of the bedroom,” french being one of those men.
Doe allegedly regained consciousness around 1:30 p.m. with Bennouna “spooning” her and she could feel a pain in her pelvis, lower back and vagina.After leaving French Montana’s house she had a rape kit administered at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center. The test reportedly showed the presence of semen,prompting her to report the rape to the police,accusing Montana of sexual assaulting her.
The lawsuit accuses Montana and Bennouna of assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence. Jane Doe is seeking damages for “extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks and depression.”
